Return & Refund

At Piercin, we aim to provide a seamless shopping experience. If you’re not satisfied with your order, we offer a clear and straightforward return and refund process.

1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

You can request a return or refund under the following conditions:

  • Defective, damaged, or incorrect items: If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you must request a return within 7 days of delivery. We will provide a full refund or send a replacement.

  • Order not delivered: If your order does not arrive within 10 business days after shipping confirmation, you are eligible for a full refund or a reshipment.

  • Order cancellation: If you cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, you will receive a full refund. If the order has already been shipped, you will need to follow the return process.

  • Wrong size ordered: If you received the wrong size or ordered the incorrect size, you can request an exchange within 14 days of delivery. If the correct size is unavailable, we will issue store credit.

  • Return Window: All orders are kindly requested to be processed with us within 14 days. If beyond this period, we will not be responsible.

2. Return & Refund Process

Step 1: Submit a Request

To start a return or refund, email support@piercin.store with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos (if applicable).

Step 2: Approval & Return Instructions

If your request is approved, we will send you instructions on how to return the item. The product must be unused and in its original packaging.

Step 3: Refund or Replacement

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or send a replacement.

4. Refund Processing Time

Once approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within:

  • 3 - 5 business days for credit/debit card payments.

  • 5 - 7 business days for PayPal or other digital payment methods.

Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

5. Items Not Eligible for Refund

  • Items that have been used, washed, or damaged (unless defective upon arrival).

  • Items returned after 14 days from the date of delivery.

  • Clearance or final sale items.
